Your membership starts with a $1.00 paid trial that lasts seven days. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the payment method on file is charged $26.99 when the trial ends, and your membership then renews automatically each month at $26.99 until canceled. The exact terms are shown again before any charge is collected.
Billing and cancellation termsCan I really cancel anytime?
Yes. Sign in and select “Cancel subscription” under Billing and renewal. Once recorded, your request prevents any new renewal attempt while processing finishes in the background. A renewal already submitted to the payment processor may still finish and, if approved, extend your paid access. You can also email security@identitypro.com from your account email with the subject “Cancel my IdentityPro subscription”; an email request takes effect when we record and confirm it.
How cancellation worksWill monitoring my credit lower my scores?
No. Viewing your own credit reports and scores through IdentityPro is a soft inquiry, which does not affect your credit scores. Keep in mind the scores you see are educational and may differ from the score a particular lender uses.
What does the $1M insurance actually cover?
Your membership includes up to $1 million in identity theft insurance for eligible expenses tied to restoring your identity, alongside expert restoration support that guides you through recovery. Benefits are subject to terms, conditions, exclusions, and coverage limits.

What happens to the data I share with IdentityPro?
It is used to provide your protection—never sold, never shared for targeted advertising, and never used to build marketing profiles. Data is encrypted in transit, and your stored identity profile is protected with application-level encryption.

No. IdentityPro is not a credit-repair organization and cannot change information in your credit file—only the company furnishing the information or the credit bureau can correct it.
