By checking the legal-document agreement at checkout and submitting your payment, you agree to this version of these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not enroll in the Services.
1. Agreement and who we are
“IdentityPro,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Your Resource Group LLC, a limited liability company doing business as IdentityPro. “You” means the individual who visits our websites, creates an IdentityPro account, or enrolls in a membership. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Your Resource Group LLC.
Your acceptance is recorded with this Terms version, the Privacy Policy version you acknowledged, and the paid-trial disclosure you authorized at checkout. Any clear disclosures you separately accept during identity verification and enrollment also apply. A benefit-specific certificate, summary of benefits, or policy controls over these Terms for the details of any insurance benefit. If an authorized affiliate helps you enroll by phone, the disclosures and authorizations presented during that call also apply.
2. Eligibility
To create an account or enroll, you must:
- be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract;
- be an individual consumer located in the United States;
- have a valid U.S. Social Security number;
- enroll only for yourself and for personal, family, or household use; and
- provide complete, accurate, and current information.
Services and individual benefits may not be available in every state or territory. We may require identity verification and may decline or discontinue enrollment if you are ineligible, cannot be verified, or present a fraud, security, legal, or compliance risk.
3. The Services
IdentityPro provides consumer identity, credit, and privacy tools. Depending on the benefits expressly included in your enrollment, these may include three-bureau credit information and monitoring, data-broker scans, identity monitoring, alerts, restoration support, and identity-theft insurance. Your checkout and account identify the benefits included in your membership; marketing examples do not add a benefit that is not included there.
Credit reports, scores, alerts, public-record information, and data-broker matches may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. A score shown in IdentityPro is educational and may differ from a score a lender, insurer, landlord, or other party uses. IdentityPro is not a lender or consumer reporting agency, does not make eligibility decisions, and is not a credit-repair organization. We cannot change accurate or inaccurate information in a credit file; only the company furnishing the information or the relevant credit bureau can investigate and correct it.
A personal-information scan searches supported data brokers for potential matches. It does not search every source or guarantee that every match concerns you. Removal or opt-out assistance is included only if your enrolled benefits expressly say so. No scan, alert, monitoring service, or restoration service can prevent identity theft, fraud, a data breach, or all resulting loss.
5. Paid trial, renewal, billing, and cancellation
Paid trial and automatic renewal
Your membership begins with a $1.00 paid trial lasting seven days. The paid trial is available only to eligible new members: each customer may receive it once, so a returning customer who previously started a paid trial joins at the regular monthly price without a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, we will charge the payment method on file $26.99 when the trial ends. Your membership then automatically renews for successive one-month periods at $26.99 per month until canceled. We show these terms again before collecting your payment information and require your express authorization.
Payment authorization
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the trial, each renewal, and a reasonable retry of a failed or indeterminate charge. You must keep your billing information current.
Failed renewal payments
If a renewal payment is declined or fails, paid access to IdentityPro services pauses immediately and we send a notice to your account email address. A charge whose outcome is still being confirmed does not pause access by itself. While access is paused we may still retry the renewal charge, and we may mark the subscription unpaid if those retries do not succeed. You can restore access by paying the overdue $26.99 renewal. That payment covers the monthly period that began on your original renewal date; we do not credit or extend that period for days when access was paused. If your subscription was marked unpaid, or was canceled and its paid period has ended, you may start a new membership at $26.99 per month without a trial; its first one-month period begins when you submit payment.
How to cancel
You may cancel at any time by signing in to your IdentityPro account and selecting Cancel subscription under Billing and renewal. You may also send a cancellation email from your account email address to support@identitypro.com and include the words “Cancel my IdentityPro subscription.” Do not include your Social Security number or card details. We treat an authenticated in-account request as effective when the cancellation screen confirms it was recorded. An email request takes effect when we record it and send confirmation. Once effective, cancellation immediately prevents us from submitting any new renewal attempt. A renewal already submitted to the payment processor may still finish; if it is approved, your access continues through that newly paid period. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, you retain access through the period you already paid for. Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or personal information. See the Privacy Policy to request deletion.
Refunds and price changes
Except where required by law or expressly stated in a written offer, the $1.00 trial charge and monthly charges are nonrefundable and we do not provide prorated refunds. If we increase the recurring price, we will give advance notice and obtain consent when required by law. You may cancel before a new price takes effect.
6. Insurance and restoration benefits
If your membership expressly includes identity-theft insurance, the coverage is provided under a group or master insurance policy by a third-party insurer, not by Your Resource Group LLC. “Up to $1 million” refers to the policy’s aggregate limit and is not a promise that every loss is covered or that you will receive that amount. Deductibles, sublimits, exclusions, reporting deadlines, eligibility conditions, proof requirements, and territorial limits may apply.
The actual policy, certificate, and summary of benefits govern all coverage and claims. Coverage generally exists only while the qualifying membership and master policy are active, and claims must be submitted to the designated insurer or administrator. Restoration specialists provide assistance, but they cannot guarantee a particular recovery, reimbursement, correction, or outcome.
7. Your account and communications
You are responsible for information submitted through your account, keeping access credentials confidential, and activity conducted after successful authentication. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not transfer, sell, or share your membership or let anyone use it to obtain another person’s consumer report or identity information.
You agree to receive transactional communications electronically, including authentication codes, receipts, renewal or price notices, security messages, changes to these Terms, and other legally required notices. If you create an account but do not start the paid trial, we may also send one account setup reminder; to stop account reminders, use the unsubscribe link in that email where it has one, reply to that email, or write to support@identitypro.com. Keep your email address current and check messages from us.
If an approved affiliate helps create your account, the affiliate may access the workflow information and normalized credit reports covered by the separate authorization you give during that process until the authorization expires or is revoked. An affiliate is not our employee and cannot change these Terms or promise benefits on our behalf.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use or attempt to use the Services to:
- access, monitor, or obtain information about another person;
- submit false information or impersonate another person;
- make credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other eligibility decisions;
- resell, scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Services or data;
- bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or enrollment requirements;
- upload malicious code or interfere with the Services or another user; or
- violate law, regulation, a third party’s rights, or these Terms.
9. Third-party services
We rely on third parties, including credit-data, identity-verification, and privacy-scan providers, the nationwide credit bureaus, our NMI-compatible payment processor, email, hosting, security, insurance, and restoration providers. Their availability may affect the Services, and some may present separate terms or privacy notices. We are responsible for our own promises in these Terms, but we do not control independent third-party websites, systems, data sources, decisions, or acts.
10. Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may modify a Service to improve it, address provider changes, or meet legal, security, or operational requirements. We will provide notice if a change materially reduces a paid benefit during a current period, when required by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, suspected fraud, misuse, a security threat, ineligibility, a material breach of these Terms, a provider requirement, or legal necessity. When practical, we will give notice and a chance to cure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, disputes, and payment obligations already incurred—will survive.
11. Intellectual property
IdentityPro and its licensors own the Services, software, designs, trademarks, and content, excluding personal information and third-party consumer report data. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to use the Services for your personal use while your account is authorized. No other rights are granted.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or detect, prevent, or resolve every event. The Services provide information and assistance, not legal, tax, financial, credit-repair, or investment advice. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of this section may not apply to you. This section does not alter an insurer’s obligations under an applicable policy.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOUR RESOURCE GROUP LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF CREDIT OPPORTUNITY, OR LOSS CAUSED BY IDENTITY THEFT OR FRAUD, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSS IS POSSIBLE.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for our fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where applicable, and do not limit benefits owed by a third-party insurer under its policy.
14. Disputes and governing law
Before filing a lawsuit, you and we agree to try in good faith for 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written notice that describes the dispute and requested resolution to the address in the Contact section. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or filing an eligible small-claims case.
Wyoming law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your home state continue to apply. Unless applicable law allows you to bring a claim elsewhere, state and federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to participate in a class action.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice of a material change as required by law. A change to price or automatic renewal terms will apply only after required notice and consent. Your continued use after other revised Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and cancel before the next renewal.
16. General terms
These Terms and incorporated disclosures are the entire agreement about the Services and replace prior discussions on the same subject. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary, and the rest will remain effective. A waiver must be in writing and is not a continuing waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law. Headings are for convenience.
17. Contact us
Questions about these Terms or a cancellation request may be sent to support@identitypro.com. Never email your Social Security number, password, authentication code, or full payment-card details.
